Welcome to the website of Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation, LLC. My name is Jennifer Jennings, and I serve as the facility’s Executive Director. Therapy Services
Having trouble adapting at home or recovering from a sports injury? We offer Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Available for Short Term Rehab, Outpatient, and Long Term Care patients.
Short Term Rehabilitation
We offer a separate unit for your short term rehabilitation needs, with therapy offered six days per week.

Sunshine Place
We know that choosing the right care for loved ones diagnosed with memory disorders can be difficult. There will come a time when a person with a memory disorder will need more care than can be provided at home.
Serving our Veterans
Short term and Long Term care services
We are honored to serve our veterans who have given so much to our country. We are proud to have contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs at our center. While we are not a federally-operated veterans home, these contracts allow qualifying veterans to receive short term rehabilitation or long term care services at our facility at no cost.
